I wonder what it would be like to ride lava, be baked into a pie, surf on a soundwave, swing through the stars or make a second life on Mars. Guess I better ride the Magic School Bus.

Blank Check. One of the best movies of my childhood. Came out when I was 10 and was a movie that made you wish you got hit by a car. No way the kid gets all that stuff for only $1 million, but who cares, he had a freakin water slide from his room to the pool and a go-kart track! A SLIDE AND A GO-KART TRACK! When computers were still using 3.5” floppy’s (insert sex joke here) and screens had like 10 pixels. In Elementary School we had a dedicated class on computers where we would go down to the cmoputer lab and learn about these wonderful new machines. At the end of every class we got about 15 minutes to play games, which were also on floppy’s and not on the hard drive of the computer. This was the game of choice.

These books made going to Book Sales in your school library good. Remember those book sales where you would get a flyer like a week before and then pick what books you wanted. Then in your library there were all these shelves of books to buy and you wanted to go first to make sure all the books weren’t sold. I know you remember. Goosebumps was what made me go to those…then Goosebumps Choose Your Own Adventure came out and blew my mind….
